SHELAGH ATKINSON
Shelagh’s early studies were of Social Psychology and later Communication at Edinburgh Napier University. A multi disciplinary artist, she has always been interested in people and politics.
She has exhibited extensively both nationally and internationally with work in the Scottish National Portrait gallery, Royal Scottish Museum, New Hall Murray Edwards, Cambridge University to name a few. She is included in
the 35th edition of Who’s Who in
Art published by the Morven Press. Currently she is working on a new body of work exploring the pathways and journeys.
The urban and natural environments which she inhabits feed her process.
