MARY TRODDEN
Mary Trodden graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, selling the entirety of her degree show and has been shortlisted for numerous prizes including the inaugural prize at the ‘Biscuit Factory’ in Gateshead and the Kelpies Design Award.
She uses illustrative and linear portraiture against a fantastical and geometric scape. The intricate details of brush technique and conceptual content in her paintings are a never- ending source of fascination.
